90 Days of Namaste: Day 38: I’m A Warrior!

Not much to report today except that I think my form is better than ever, particularly when it comes to the Warrior series. Those are particularly hard for me, and cause me quite a bit of pain, but today, I did what my teacher always asks us to do and pushed past my edge.  It still hurt like heck, but I felt like it was constructive pain. I also have become confident enough to sit in the front of class, which has helped my posture because I actually pay attention to myself in the mirror!

I am noticing that while changes have been slow, they have been sure. It makes me happy to think about how much more will happen in the 50+ days!
